I have tried many different brands of oil and beard balm in tobacco and vanilla. This set, like most other brands, smells of vanilla and tobacco. However, I already feel a hint of rubber when applying the oil from other users with oil. I think it could be the eyedropper but it's not transferring to my beard. My favorite part of this set is the balm. For me the perfect combination of balm and wax. It keeps my bow tie in place and keeps my beard nice and tidy. I also love that my beard doesn't feel greasy after using both products. The scent lasts all day. I recommend this brand over other brands like Live, Badasss, Cremo and Grave Before Shave as I have tried all of these brands and have been dissatisfied with either the smell, product life or the oiliness of their products.
