I was a little concerned that the mount would be strong enough to hold my 2019 iPad which is heavier than the iPad Air. I assembled the package and stuffed it on the table, put my iPad in the holder and then turned it to landscape and it worked like magic! Now I can read in bed without holding an iPad. Instead of having a TV in the room keeping my husband awake, I can now use my iPad that he can't see. I've only had it for a few days but I'm really enjoying it. I have learned not to straighten my arm but to allow it to curve as this gives it stability. When I found out about this, everything worked perfectly and I am very happy that I made the purchase. I would recommend this to anyone who likes to read in bed or has a spouse who doesn't want their sleep disturbed. That's a good idea. Many Thanks.
