Easy access from anywhere with mobile devices or laptops is great! I love that it's easy for my colleagues in other offices around Australia who are remote as well (and we work together quite regularly).

It can be slow at times when you have many people using this system - but not too often considering how much data there has been put into our platform over recent years!! We've had no issues so far. Try out some free trials first before committing any money up front if possible? The trial version allows us an opportunity get used without making financial commitments which helps save costs down stream should things go wrong after purchase etc..
