The jacket is a bit short (not normal and not high)

Our son is 13 years old, average 62-63 inches tall, weighs 105 pounds, waist 27 inches / Not skinny but not stocky either, pretty average for his age. Pants, legs a little more baggy than he'd like, but the waist was too small - you think? Strange, according to the size chart he was a perfect size 16, so we send the Calvin Klein suit back and order the Van Heusen suit. Size 18 because the VH pants were tighter and fit a size 16 perfectly.However, the coat was still smaller than the Calvin Klein coat, so we hope that Van Heusen size 18 fits best.
