Daughter usually wears size 7, they say the shoes are an order of magnitude smaller. So I ordered a size 6. Was very pleased with how quickly they arrived just to open the box and it was a size 5. I contacted customer service and ordered a size 6. When they arrived about a week later I left them try on , when got a size 6 here which was too small she couldn't even put a foot in the shoe. I gave up, it was too close to Easter to wait for another couple. They are very very very cute, just couldn't fit them.
