I don't wear jewellery. I'm not a bright guy. I like simple and useful things. This watch is perfect. The photos on Revain don't do it justice. It is very comfortable and looks beautiful. It's a bit thicker than I expected but that's ok, it adds some weight to the watch and makes it feel more premium without being so heavy that it's noticeable. I have an indigo blue light that backlights the entire dial. This is a soft, low glow, sufficient for low or no light conditions. The strap is a plain NATO style nylon strap. The watch is inserted into the loop of the bracelet, so it practically does not touch the skin. The group is very comfortable. The watch is water resistant to a certain depth which I have not tried. The stripe changes from olive green to dark green when wet. You can tell when you've washed your hands by the dark spots on the strap. The darkness fades pretty quickly. There are many different colored NATO style straps available from Revain if you don't like this one and they are very cheap. I really like this watch. For the price it's amazing. I've only been using it for a few days and so far so good. I highly recommend this watch as an everyday watch.
