Wow, this scratching post is awesome! My large calico cat Rey loves it even more than me and she fits all her 16lbs on the top tier. We bought a set of 2 tier tree + 2 shelves and she loved everything! She sticks her pretty face through the branches and loves to play with the leaves and drool on them. I'm very impressed with this whole thing, especially the branch + leaf design as it really bites + chews them and they stay intact. We struggled to find a scratching post big enough for Rei, Rei and me. We've honestly bought dog-sized pet beds, but where in a tiny apartment would you put floor elements like a full bed? This thing is so cool and aesthetically pleasing. We've been looking at Jackson Galaxy a lot lately and were planning on getting another kitten, but wanted to make sure Kitty Rey Rey feels safe in her home and has her own territory to spot creepy spots and hide out in . She is usually a "bush cat" and will slink around in low spots on the ground, but this is great. This tree is about waist high and the top level is about the same level as the table with the branches going up. We tried a 5ft tree near the couch once and she got all the alpha on me when she was over my head so that's a lot better. I will keep working hard for my cat to have a better life.
