The watch is so cute and I love the Tinkerbelle design, other than that I am very disappointed with this product. When I opened the package, I immediately noticed that the watch was shipped with a dead battery. According to the booklet that came with it, if I wanted to send it back for a battery replacement, it would only cost $10.50 (including shipping)! It was almost the price of any watch, so I just went to the nearest Walmart and bought a battery. As soon as I changed the battery, I noticed that the watch was not showing the exact time. When the second hand passes the minute hand, the second hand often gets stuck, making the watch completely unreliable. Very dissatisfied with the quality of this product.
