I wanted to see the real capacity because these reviews are everywhere! So I posted the photo I wanted to see while shopping. So, here's the same amount of laundry in this basket and in my old 44 liter basket. This old basket is your regular everyday basket from regular to large. It handles a big load and a small load and I definitely over load the washing machine lol! Not a lot, but a little. It's also great for stairs, which is a huge asset when you're hauling laundry down to the basement. EDIT: Six months of continuous use and all the baskets I've bought are running strong!
