After I wrote my initial review, the seller went to great lengths to resolve the issue and agreed to update their description to better reflect their current model. You seem to understand the value of good customer service. The original review is below: Buyers to be aware: I bought this camera mainly based on the description which shows and also lists the magnetic ball mount that was included for easy installation. What I received was a completely different camera with the model number in the description. It's also missing the magnetic mount, which was so handy as these cameras need to be charged regularly. Instead, it came with a cheap plastic mount that wouldn't support the camera's weight without falling off. The quality of the supplied screws was also poor and two of the three broke before I could tighten them onto the wooden beam. I ended up buying a metal bracket for an additional $9 to complete the job. Otherwise the picture quality is ok. Night vision alone is quite limited and required an external infrared light, which I also had to purchase as an extra. Conclusion: The description does not match the product and needs to be updated! neither do pictures. However, please note that you may need to purchase additional services in order to properly complete the order.
