Quality control sucks
I bought a black pair on July 22, 2020, ONLY ONE OF THE HEADPHONES WORKS AT A TIME. There's nothing you can do about it. This seems to be a COMMON PROBLEM. I also bought a white pair and they work perfectly. Unfortunately I'm stuck in another country for at least 2 months due to the pandemic and I can't return it in time. Revain has great customer support so don't mind, my main gripe with the manufacturer. DO NOT BUY! Few.
