1 year old niece loves that she helped her learn to walk!
I received it for Christmas when it was just over a year old. She had just started walking but was going through a very shaky phase gaining strength in her legs so this was perfect as she loved to hold on to them and walk around the house (supervised of course). It was easy to assemble and the wide wheelbase made it stable. Now that she is almost 2 years old she can walk, she still likes to play with any stuffed animal or doll she can put inside and 'shop'. It's too cute and worth investing in since it takes a while when they start this fantasy game.
