Had to return, will update my review after using replacement

I LOVE LOVE THE WEIGHT OF THIS IRON but the one I received is defective, dangerous and unsafe. And it flows. And the steam does not work.1) The green on/off indicator lights up and goes off very quickly. It is possible that the light is only on when the device is actively heating, but the light often goes out and the light is not visible, this leads people to believe that the iron is switched off, when in fact it can be heated to 170 degrees.2 ) Cord routing Power supply: When the iron has to stand upright, the cord bends due to the angle at which it enters the iron. Aside from the immediate danger of the iron tipping over, if you force the iron to stay upright the cord will bend, the wires will bend, or break or come loose as others have pointed out. 3) Radically uneven heater plate (tested with hardware). Different places on the sole are very different - sometimes up to 94 degrees. It seems to be hottest just above the middle, but even that changes by the second. At maximum temperature, sole temperatures fluctuated between 79 and 184, but these numbers continued to fluctuate even when the tester remained stationary. I would take the iron off my shirt. It doesn't help anyone. This can help clear the iron's steam holes, but it won't help the item you're trying to steam iron. 5) As others have noted: it's impossible to see how much water is left in the tank because there is only a tiny window. close to what I assume is the maximum level we should fill up. If you get steam as soon as the water falls under a tiny window, you won't notice anything until the iron stops steaming. 6) The iron is leaking. Experience has shown that wet puddles on the object to be ironed are only annoying with a new iron. Over time, tanks will rust and rusty water stains will appear on clothing and ironing board covers.
