I bought the same cameras three times. The first two were purchased for business purposes over a year ago and all cameras are still in excellent condition. I have a set of 4 in store and 4 more sets out there. I was so pleased with these cameras that I decided to buy another set for the house. This time only 3 out of 4 cameras were ok. It was only set to 60 days when the other camera stopped working. I was very disappointed and disappointed in the quality of this camera set. However, when customer service got involved, they were extremely helpful and sent two replacement cameras. They were installed within a week. So far, so good. I know the customer service team can help with any issues. I am a regular customer and am planning on getting another set for my parents house. I love that I can see all locations from one device.
