Don't worry the price is much lower than other options. I tested a few turns to fit the bottom. It is better. Much better. More expensive options look sophisticated (from Star Wars or Star Trek) and are oversized. If you have two cup holes in your car, you can't use two at the same time because each one is quite wide. This cup holder is about 1/2 inch narrower so I can use two side by side at once. Being narrower eliminates the need for a fancy rubber spring at the top to keep most drinks in place. This simple mug is just the right height, width and overall size for 100% of my coaster's needs and maybe more than 90% of yours. There are many subtle details in their design. As for color, my car is black. I ordered black. Drains, imperceptible. To make it fit well in your car I used tape on the bottom. You have to buy a group. I haven't tried this. I highly recommend this well designed coaster.
