I used to get headaches and small blurry dots in my eyes from using computer screens for several hours. I've read that the blue light emitted by computer screens can cause vision problems. When I was looking for solutions, there were expensive blue light filters to cover my screens that didn't really work when editing photos as I needed to see real colors during the process.
