Very unreliable wax pot

pot of very poor quality. I bought it twice and the first time one side of the pot didn't get hot after 2 uses. I changed it and now the second pot has arrived, it stopped working the same after a few days! This really embarrassed us as it happened in the middle of a hair removal session. The customer was very dissatisfied! I'm fed up with this brand. I wonder if I can get a refund!
