I read a lot of bad reviews about this adapter but I pulled the trigger and bought it. Ever since I bought my Samsung home theater, I've wanted to make my rear speakers wireless and really enjoy surround sound. I've been using the adapter for over a month now and haven't had any problems with it. I installed it next to my sofa and haven't heard how it works yet. The whole installation took about 30 seconds. I plugged the adapter into the wall, plugged the card into the receiver, connected the speakers to the adapter and powered both on. Now I can hear true surround sound in my DVD collection. If you have any doubts about buying this adapter, you will not regret your purchase! I can't wait to get home from work every day to watch another movie, I know you will too! Good product!
