Don't know if it was an accident

I received my charger a while ago and while it's exactly what I was looking for, one of the three chargers hasn't worked with my phone since. I have now switched to using a different one and it works so not sure if it was just an accident or something but judging by the amount of feedback these chargers suddenly stopped working. Great product, I just hope it will last given its durability. Otherwise, I might as well buy a regular charger that won't fail after a month.
