This time I had a few questions and the seller answered them quickly and politely and offered great solutions at no additional cost to me. I definitely support this product and the seller. If you are having trouble removing the links/pins, a few tips: Line up the pin with the pin removal pin, and then hold the band in place against the pin removal tool. One side of the pin is slightly larger than the other side of the pin, use that side of the pin removal band and use the small insert to your advantage by leaving the pin remover in the insert. While holding the tape, slowly tighten the pin removal tool by turning the knob. Keep it on the line as you walk. Once it touches the plastic, make sure the pin fits through the hole on the other side of the strap and just tighten the knob a little and the pin should start to slide out. You can then remove the last pin with your fingers once it's basically popped out. The pins come out pretty quick and easy once you get the hang of it. Hope this makes sense and helps. Happy DIY!
