We had to discard this item after my dog used it once. I have a medium sized dog (lab, chow, beef mix) and 1XL barely fits him. Forget about using after washing. Disappointed that the sizing is not correct and I wish they had pre-shrunk this item. My dog liked it when it fit him but not after washing. If you're thinking of trying this product, be sure to get the 3XL (if they make it) for medium dogs. If you have a large dog I don't recommend it unless they have updated their product (although the size and material don't shrink too much). Warm, definitely good as my dog liked it. Stretchy, yes of course, but then again, it barely fit my dog. Recommended for smaller dogs but note that it may shrink. So take 2-3 sizes bigger if available.
