I have a fairly cheap table and the face pillow that came with it was NOT good (what to expect). It was small, hard as stone, and pressed tightly on the eyes. It's ZERO eye pressure so I don't have to worry about crushing people's faces if I put pressure on their neck and blind them. It's definitely bigger than what I had, but thankfully not so big that you can feel the base of the faceplate in the middle, which bothered me a bit. Compared to the high end coasters I've had in the past, this one is still softer but not too soft, the perfect amount of softness and feels like it's cooler temperature wise. The price is great and the product is great, my customers will be VERY happy.
