I have a lot of candles that I use every day so it's important to have a good candle making tool on hand. This set includes a snuff pipe, a wick scoop and a wick trimmer. Just out of personal preference I don't use snuff at all. I always extinguish a candle with a wicked ladle. I think using snuff sometimes produces a lingering smoky candle smell, which I don't want. A ladle with a wick is ideal for extinguishing candles. I use this daily. I also use a wick trimmer. I have used other wick trimmers in the past that are difficult to open and close because they are very tight, but this wick trimmer is easy to use and easy to open and close. I prefer to use a wick trimmer every day. I love the black matte color of this set and I also love the box it comes in. I also keep my tools in the box that comes with it. Because of this beautiful gift box, it will be a really great gift. Very nice and very functional candle tool set.
