Very gentle massage
It is definitely comfortable to wear. It feels good on my scalp but personally I was hoping for a little less flexibility as my scalp is very itchy. (My hairstylist said my scalp can be itchy from stress due to my oily skin and suggested massaging it with one of these as I don't seem to have any discomfort otherwise. Tried dandruff shampoo etc. d.) . For people with "normal" scalps that don't itch badly, this will probably be fine!
