I like that it has integrated with our other applications (ERP) to help keep track of all internal processes related to procurement. It's not great at keeping records for things you haven't paid yet, but if that is your primary use then this might be good. Having multiple sources of data regarding what was purchased can lead to confusion. We also have issues where we need to log something as "Purchased" but never get credit for paying someone through payroll until weeks later when there are no longer any records to show it had been done.
