Excellent Scale & Great Customer Service

Excellent balance. The response time of all functions is very fast, and the scale itself is easy to keep clean. I originally bought this scale for the % function to use in bread recipes that are expressed as a percentage of ingredients using the baker's method. Based on the calibration weight set for the scale, I am very happy with the accuracy of the scale. The performance of these scales is similar to that used in commercial clinical laboratories. The seller's customer service is excellent! I couldn't figure out how to use the % function so I sent a message to the seller asking how to use it. I received a quick response with detailed instructions. I also received an additional email asking if the % function is working as expected and if I have any other questions! Overall I am very impressed with both the support from the seller and the scale itself. I am very happy with this purchase.
