Review on KidKraft Sort Store Bin Unit by Travis Kjar

2 ordered. The first was perfect and came with everything I needed. Easy assembly and great product. The second was terrible. The dowels were crushed and scattered, mostly unusable. Also, 4 pockets were missing and a couple of screw heads weren't painted brown which wouldn't be a big deal but they're only a few so the shelf doesn't match and looks scraped together. It would be fine if they just sorted it out and sent me the missing bins and broken parts. Customer service is nice but unhelpful. Nobody will even try to help you with anything. They keep redirecting you to their website to order new parts, but the website only works on one computer. So basically I was told to take the computer and try again or else I would be left with a broken product and wasted money. It's a shame because the first one was a really good product. Was planning to buy a large swing from this company but will now do business elsewhere for fear of being stuck with another broken piece of metal.
