Nothing to like. Anything you like: fits, easy to assemble, bright and red. The old mount did not pass the annual inspection. I could see it would catch fire - looking at it from about 14 inches away. The socket matches the original power plug and is on the right side. I was able to connect the power supply before installation (by dangling it outside the hole) and test it before snapping it into place. The only difficulty was removing the bearing mount; I ended up having to rip, pull, and pull out the red lens. But that's not a problem with this item, which is perfect, beautiful and bright.
