Works Eyes - Mascara

Works mostly as said. However, it looks thick and lumpy when applied thickly as needed to create length. I wouldn't say it's waterproof as it came off when my lashes got wet. He stayed fine until his eyes watered. Also, it only came out of the water, so how can it be waterproof?
