Review on Crib Mattress Protector Waterproof Cover by Andrea Smith

I bought one of these in April and liked it so much I decided to buy two more to have as add-ons. After receiving them, I washed and dried them like the first one - I don't know if anything has changed in the way the sheets are made since my last purchase, but the backing, the waterproof side, has melted on both sides. newly tumble dried (I had it on a low sensitive setting). One of these was completely unusable as it melted into a huge lump and I had to throw it away - the other was saved by separating the melted parts, although it has now lost its waterproofing properties in those places and has become a bit lumpy. I don't know what's changed, but the one that was in April has survived dozens of washes and dryers, but these two new ones haven't. I will look elsewhere for my next bamboo mattress protector purchase.
