Use improperly. Great bags for collecting dog waste.
We use these pet bags, they are thicker and my fingers won't go through the plastic when picking up dog poo. They are long enough to partially fit inside the sleeve. Next time I might see if they are a bit wider because they are a bit tight on my hand/arm and as a woman I don't have particularly big hands. But it's not really a design flaw as they weren't designed for what we use them for.
