The best thing about using mikrotiks is that they have always been there to support me through any issue I may face, their customer service team are very helpful and friendly. They also provide great documentation which makes it easy for us as users to understand how things work in their products. It's not all good though - sometimes you need them more than once before they answer your query or respond at all. We use mikrotsk to connect our home office with internet so we can access files remotely from anywhere around the world.
