I started taking it about 5 days ago. I've already lost 7 kilos. What I am most certain of is the water weight I gain by not eating right like I usually do when I am at home with the coronavirus. (MY HUSBAND ordered a lot of pizza) So I went from 120 to 157. Yes, that's right. (I also broke my leg and wrist and haven't been able to exercise at all for 3 months, that would help too) I eat healthily. About 1400-1500 per day. Exercise about 20-30 minutes 5 times a week. And drink about 3 liters of water a day. I also practice intermittent fasting. So far, when I get up in the morning, I take 1 tablet. I drink my first liter of water in about 30 minutes while working on my computer in the morning. My first meal is at 12 noon. So that means that because I slept from 10pm to 10am, I fasted for 12 hours (or lastly consider you mean evening and add hours). In total, I fast between 12 and 16 hours. Energy. Then after my first meal at 12 or 2pm around 4pm I do a 15 to 20 minute workout. Then about 6 more the same time. (that's it for now, I increase the exercise time to as much as possible for my still injured leg) Then at 7pm I eat again. Sometimes I snack on about 3 fruits, steamed vegetables or a hard-boiled egg. Such things. Then no more food. My calorie count includes light and low cal beer. Around 10 p.m. I sleep so well that I just go out. I often wake up to pee, sorry, but drinking plenty of water does the trick, cleans your body and gives you loads of energy. But when I get up at 7-8 in the morning I'm so nicely rested that I go straight to my pill bottle, get water and start over. I know it's a bit long. But I'm trying to be specific. I really see a difference in the size of my stomach. Scales don't lie (I have one on top and one on bottom and they all say the same thing). I went from 157.30 to 150.20 in 7 days even with a cheat day. I am thrilled and looking forward to losing my last 30 pounds. Don't expect my results, my body has always burned calories quickly. And before that I was 18% body fat. So I've always been lean and had a lot of muscle mass. However, expect to come in with a positive attitude and change what is comfortable for you. As soon as you see even a pound shed, you'll feel proud and want to do more. I promise that was my personal experience. Today I take 2 tablets. I'm a bit nervous so I started slowly.
