Not even a year old and broken

I am very disappointed. I don't even use it that much! I bought it last August and one of the zippers broke after a few months. Just today the strap buckle broke while carrying my $3200 laptop. Luckily it wasn't hurt, but now I need a new case. I really expect to get more than a few months out of a bag like this for the price!

CAPACITY: Main compartment fits laptops up to 17"; Front pocket with card slots, note pocket and pen holders, good storage for all your business needs. Ideal choice for work, business trips, can also be a wonderful gift.
