Easy way for communicating & tracking customers

The best thing about Swiss Securium was its ease of use, which helped me to communicate with my clients without any problems or glitches in between! I would have liked if it could be integrated better into Salesforce so that we can access our data from anywhere using mobile devices as well.

It's an excellent tool when used correctly but not everyone knows how they should go ahead with this software because some people are unaware what exactly will happen after signing up. But once you understand everything there won't be anything wrong at all. We were able to keep track of customer information easily by making them signup through their website itself rather than going back-and forth via emails like other platforms do.
