Unfortunately, the big disadvantage of this product is that the wax balls do not melt sufficiently in the pan supplied. I got through the heat and waited over 30 minutes for it to melt. The best I got was some bottom melting, but the whole beads didn't melt completely enough to mix and apply. Having said that, I heated wax and hot water on the stove and used it to rub my friends' backs. I loved the pearls and how well they sit against the skin. They were so easy to skin and removed most of the hair at once. So if they could just bank better, I would be a total fan of them. My friend loved how smooth his back felt after I was done. The hair hasn't grown in days and he's a hairy guy so he was very happy with it.
