Not sure if this is a natural sponge
First, the sponge was so small I don't know how it stayed in the box. The box has an open window design. Instead, I could take the sponge out of the hole when I opened the box. Second, the sponge never enlarged after absorbing water. Third, the texture of the sponge is not at all like the photos. The paintings look like a wool sponge. It's definitely not a wool sponge. After all, the sponge is too rough for children's skin, let alone the baby. I would never use this sponge on a child or infant. It scratched my skin. Not soft at all. I used a softer one for my car.
