We wanted to bake Kat from Star Wars cakes. I found them and thought they were perfect. I had already ordered edible Star Wars designs for the outside of the cake and thought they would be perfect for transferring current Star Wars characters onto the cake. They arrived on time and were well packaged. Smaller candles are about an inch and a half tall and about the same wide. The Happy Birthday candle is wider: three and a half inches wide and about two inches high. It was a great addition to the cake and everyone loved it. The only criticism is that the candles don't light up by themselves. The smaller candles have nothing to stand them up without pushing them too far into the cake so you can't see the full character. The large 'Happy Birthday' candle has two legs that could be used, but it doesn't go deep enough into the cake to stay up. So I cut up lollipop sticks and glued them to the back of the candles and everything was perfect. It's not for everyone, so beware before buying. That's why I gave it four stars instead of five. I also have to confess that we didn't light any candles because this cake was for adults. So I can't tell you how well they work once lit. It was a great addition to this cake and the birthday boy was delighted.
