Seems to work, I will know more after the event later this month. I'm running the net for a 5k race and the finish line can get so loud I can't hear the radio. The headset fits snugly and the microphone can be positioned where I need it. The speaker's sound quality seems to be acceptable, background noise is shielded quite well. Overall quality seems pretty good for the price. I'm sure $50 units are better, but I think if you treat it reasonably well it will last a while; Especially since I will probably only use this 2 or 3 times a year. Update: Used this as a network control for a 5k race. He did a very good job. I would recommend this to others in our radio group.
