The order came earlier than expected and the charger looks like a quality product. However, as long as the charger is connected to the laptop, the processor is limited by the low performance speed. This means that a processor whose normal frequency is 2.2 GHz will be capped at 0.79 GHz regardless of the load on the processor. As soon as I disconnect the charger, the processor frequency increases to 2.2 GHz. This renders the laptop unusable while connected to the charger.
