Review on Dr.Warm Rechargeable Electric Heated Glove Liners For Men And Women - Touchscreen Anti-Slip Mitten Liners For Skiing, Hiking, Arthritis Hands And Hand Warmth by Marcus Barlow

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Unfortunately non-funtional for the active.

Ok, first off, these gloves are pretty dang nice. The outside material is excellent, and they're soft inside. I have small hands but apparently longer fingers, as the gloves fit my hands well but fingers are a tiny bit short. Not a big deal, I can get used to that.I charged them up and gave them a shot. I am in WA state and it was very cold yesterday, so, perfect timing. I had to go to the barn to care for my horse. These gloves were very warm and did their job. They died in about 4 hrs. I used all 3 setting in that time frame to check how they'd do. I'll definitely need the high setting so I'm thinking 3hrs is going to be my normal daily usage.Ok, now to the main point of my lower rating - the settings button is placed RIGHT on my wrist bone. I'm extremely disappointed with the thought that I'm actually going to return these gloves because they HURT my wrist. I have multiple layers that I need to stay warm but these are bulky right at the wrist because of the battery and the button. Had they designed them with the setting button in the middle of the wrist instead of on the wrist bone - I would be RAVING about these gloves!I'm very outdoor active, between hiking and horses, and I have an extreme problem with the cold. For the price, I need to be comfortable and functional. Please consider some simple, seemingly inexpensive redesigns and you'll have an EXCELLENT glove that every equestrian and hiker will NEED!
