Small, my opinion
Works little. Cute dress but I ordered my 8 year old normal size and it was too short. If I took a size up, that would be correct.
Pros
- My daughter is 5 and currently between 5 and 6 due to her size and it fits perfectly and was fantastic for the 4th of July.
Cons
- May not conform to certain religious or cultural preferences or beliefs
