I have a new TV stand made from reclaimed wood with studded legs. I never considered that since it's open under the stand all the cords and cords are visible. It looked awful! I don't want to mess around with mounting the TV on the wall and then running cables through the wall. I figured there must be something in there to hide the mess. After looking at different types of organizers, I settled on this one. This is not a problem. The only problem I had was climbing behind the TV to get everything up my sleeve, but after about 30 minutes of acrobatics. There are many wraps included in the kit that I have not used but could use for other organizations around the house.
