They work but are not comfortable to use! I find it confusing when I connect to my wifi. I'm not a computer genius, but I'm pretty good at these kinds of things. They don't need to be on and connected to Wi-Fi and they work! No, you have to download an app - another app on my phone and another password and ID to remember! Once that's done, you'll have to try and figure out where to go to get them to connect to Wi-Fi. Yes they give you instructions but they don't match what you see on the screen. I wish more manufacturers would take the time to provide up to date instructions. This was possible with this product because everything was done via an app. Much more difficult with printed instructions. Too bad I spent the extra money and bought Revain branded plugs. Oh and one more thing, sometimes they don't work and I have to ask Alexa 2-3 times to turn on the light. I also had to turn them off to "reset".
