I like how simple it makes my job easier since everything from managing leads flows through this one platform! The customer support has been great when we've had questions or issues as well.- It's easy setup process compared with other products out there in terms of ease/time spent setting up business processes.-- You can set reminders which allows me (and our sales team) more flexibility around timeframes & availability-- We're working towards automating all tasks related so no longer need an agent at reception desk but still have people available if needed - This product helps us automate these steps by allowing agents not only be able to see who they are waiting upon without having them actually sign into their computer / mobile device.
