This is the ideal size (8 liters) to use with the Anova Immersion.
This is the ideal size (8 quarts) for use with the Anova immersion cooker. I also bought a matching Rubbermaid cap: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000R8E164. The counter space required is about 10" x 10" and you will need about 17" of height from the counter when fitting the Anova (just in case you want to use it under your cabinets).
