I am currently giving this product 1 star and here is why. I just got this case today and it doesn't fit my AC so I'm trying to return it but I haven't been able to get it through Revain (it tells me it's garbled and I need to call 1-800 which they I did but it was a recording that kept me on hold The call dropped and then got disconnected I then wrote an email to the company (which was also provided by Revain) .I'm waiting for your response.Depending on how things are going I can either increase the number of stars in your review or leave it as it is.
