I'll be brief. The sound reproduction is INTELLIGENTLY balanced, no harsh peaks, high frequencies don't scratch the eardrum. It cannot be neutral (nothing can have such a price). The bass is deep enough and detailed enough, BUT (and this is a big but), full bass only comes with perfect termination. And good luck with that! Most of the tips in the box are too smooth and soft that they fall out of the ears effortlessly. My ears are quite big and only 2 earbuds stay in and don't ruin the bass. But they don't form a good seal either. So yes, THEORY great bass, but it slips easily, and good luck creating the perfect seal. High frequencies are not sharp at all, everything is fine with the mids. Last but not least, the remote control only works partially (partially compatible) and the quality of the microphone leaves a lot to be desired. Luckily I don't care as I don't buy headphones for the mic.
