I was very hopeful when I received them. The packaging is nice, the plastic is durable. However, after putting it in my face mask, I found it more difficult to breathe with than just using the mask alone. If I use a face mask without it, at least I can breathe through the material. When I insert the plastic piece, it keeps it out of my mouth and nose, but creates a pocket of trapped air that makes me feel like I'm suffocating. That's a big no from me. I sent it back after trying to use it once.
