It looked cute but was more kid friendly. I'm only 5ft 3" and don't have a big head or neck, but the constant "pinching" of the hat and the "turtleneck" effect of the scarf just didn't suit me. And now it costs me $6 to ship it back via UPS pickup or I can find the driving location and return policies needed to ship the product to a $0 location. Not very friendly to people with disabilities. Ease of use was very important to this Prime member and on a number of occasions when items were broken or unsatisfactory the free pickup was important to me and Revain supported their salable products.
